RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY:

I am aware that I am eligible for a full refund 100% 6 months before the retreat start date, 50% refund up to 3 months before, and 25% refund up to one month before. 15 days prior there is no refund, but you are welcome on future retreat with no additional charge.

We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early. We are NOT responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip. There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather or personal emergencies, flight cancellations or delays. We recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through a qualified agent. If we must cancel a retreat, there will be 100% refund on all funds received to date. Thank you for understanding and respecting the cancellation policy.

RETREAT COVID-19 POLICY:

Regarding COVID-19 Travel Requirements, please check the embassy for most updated Costa Rica entry requirements. A negative test 72 hours before is required. If you test positive, Emily Pereira is not obliged to refund you, but she will be happy to welcome you on a future retreat at no charge.
